Spark — Himalayan Pink Salt (Coarse · Chilli)

Coarse pink Himalayan salt with chilli, in a 220g glass grinder. A little heat at the end of cooking — eggs, corn, grilled meat, a wedge of mango.

Ritual. Adjust the grind — turn the dial at the base clockwise for fine, anti-clockwise for coarse. Grind over food at the end of cooking, not the beginning. Refill when empty.

Composition. Coarse pink Himalayan salt with an in-house chilli blend, in a glass grinder with ceramic mechanism and black cap with a silver ring. Adjustable grain. Refillable.

Origin. The salt is drawn from Pakistan's Salt Range — the oldest mineral deposit on earth.
