Ritual — Turn the dial at the base to adjust grain — clockwise for fine, anti-clockwise for coarse. Refill from the HALORA 1 kg pouch when empty. Best applied at the end of cooking, not the beginning.

How to use it
  1. Turn the dial at the base — clockwise for fine, anti-clockwise for coarse.
  2. Grind directly over. The flavour reads cleaner.
  3. Grind six inches above the plate for even coverage.
  4. Refill from a HALORA 850g kraft pouch when empty.
Storage & care
  • Store upright in a dry cupboard, away from steam.
  • Do not put in the dishwasher; hand-rinse the outside glass only if needed.
  • Do not wash the grinder body — the ceramic mechanism does not need cleaning.
  • Reseal refill pouches with the included twist-tie.
