Where do you ship — and how long does it take?

Across Pakistan only at launch. Lahore and Karachi: 1–3 working days. Other cities: 3–5 working days via Leopards Courier. International shipping opens soon.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on orders over PKR 5,000. Orders under that carry a PKR 300 COD handling fee, added at delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS the moment the parcel leaves the studio.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (nationwide). Bank transfer and card payment coming soon.

Is COD really available everywhere?

Yes — any address that accepts parcels. A small COD handling fee (PKR 300) is added at checkout; this goes to the courier, not us.

What is your return policy?

Unopened pieces can be returned within seven days. Damages are always replaced. Opened consumables (soaps, scrubs, bath crystals) are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

My salt lamp arrived chipped — what now?

Photograph the damage and the box, email haloraliving@gmail.com, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Is the salt actually from Pakistan?

Yes. Every gram is drawn from the Khewra mine in Pakistan's Salt Range — the world's oldest and second-largest pink salt deposit. We do not import.

Are the products safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulations contain no synthetic fragrance, parabens, or SLS. We recommend patch-testing scrubs on the inner arm before the first full use.

How do I care for a salt lamp or salt plate?

Wipe with a dry cloth. Never submerge in water — salt dissolves. For lamps, keep the bulb on at night; the warmth keeps the salt dry. Full instructions on the care guide.

Do you offer wholesale?
