Hand-packed in Lahore, dispatched across Pakistan. COD nationwide, returns within seven days for unopened pieces, damages always replaced.

Delivery times

  • Lahore & Karachi: 2–3 working days
  • Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan: 2–4 working days
  • Other cities: 3–5 working days
  • Remote areas: 5–7 working days

Orders placed before 14:00 PKT typically ship the same day, Monday to Saturday.

Shipping fees

  • Free shipping on all orders over PKR 5,000
  • PKR 300 COD handling fee for Cash on Delivery (goes to the courier)

How we pack

Each piece is padded with kraft fill, and tucked into a recyclable kraft box. A hand-written care card is included. Glass and salt-stone items are double-wrapped — we pack hard, but stones travel; if anything arrives chipped, we replace it.

Returns & damages.

What we accept

  • Unopened pieces within 7 days of delivery
  • Damaged pieces — replaced at no cost, anytime
  • Wrong item delivered — replaced at no cost

What we can't accept

  • Opened soaps, scrubs, bath crystals — hygiene reasons
  • Salt lamps, plates, trays that show signs of use or moisture damage
  • Pieces returned after 7 days (unless damaged on arrival)

  3. Refund or exchange processed within 3 working days of receiving the parcel back.
