Ritual — Microwave for sixty seconds or more, then rest over the area that aches. Lie still, breathe slowly, ten minutes minimum.

Composition — Heavyweight organic cotton outer, brushed cotton inner liner, fill of coarse pink Himalayan salt (approximately 1.2 kg). Hand-sewn closure for refill.

Origin — The salt is drawn from Pakistan's Salt Range. The pillow is cut and sewn locally.

How to use it
  1. Microwave for 60 or more seconds as per preference.
  2. Rest over the area that aches — belly, chest, shoulder, hip.
  3. Lie still, breathe slowly — ten minutes minimum.
  4. Reheat as many times as you need — the salt holds its properties for years.
Storage & care
  • Store at room temperature, in a dry place.
  • Spot-clean the cotton outer with a damp cloth. Never machine-wash — the salt will dissolve.
  • After twelve to eighteen months of regular use, write to us for a refill kit.
  • Kept dry, a pillow lasts years.
