How to use it+
Full bath: draw a warm bath. Pour two handfuls under the running tap so the crystals dissolve evenly. Soak fifteen to twenty minutes.
Foot soak: one handful in a warm basin of water. Rest feet for ten to fifteen minutes.
For a foot massage, work the salted water into the soles, arches, and heels.
Avoid on freshly waxed skin or open cuts — the salt might sting.

Keep the lid tight. Store in a dry cupboard.
